What If? Class

Birthing in a freestanding birth center introduces a philosophy of care that many of us have been waiting for. An empowered birth is most often one where a client feels safe, connected and able to understand their birthing situation and freely make decisions to support themselves. In What If?, we focus on your strengths and goals for birth and how everyone can work together as a team, especially in the event that extra support or decision-making is necessary. We also review what a transfer to the hospital could look like (if necessary), helping you feel as centered in the moment as possible.

1.5 hours in length

Registration includes 1 pregnant client + support partner (doulas may also attend with their clients!)
