Starting the journey of toileting with your toddler can feel daunting! What are the "signs" that your child is ready? How do we prepare ourselves for toileting? 

Using Montessori principles - we will walk through how to prepare yourself, your home, and your child for this exciting developmental step. 

During this class, you will learn: 

* Basic Development & signs of readiness in your toddler

* How to create a supportive emotional & physical environment

* Communicating with your toddler

* Handling challenges that come up

You will also receive the book: "Toilet Awareness" by Sarah Moudry

This class is meant for adults to have the space to learn and grow together. Please leave your little one at home so we can focus as a group. 

Time: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Teacher Bio: Caitlin is a  Certified Montessori Infant/Toddler teacher through the American Montessori Society. She has had the opportunity to work with many children and their parents as both a teacher and birth worker. Caitlin has spoken at the AIMS (Association of Illinois Montessori Schools) and will be speaking at the AMS (American Montessori Society) National Conference in March 2025. She is so excited to learn, laugh, and grow with you!
