This class supports both you and your baby during the postpartum period. This class focuses on helping moms manage postpartum recovery, reduce stress, and feel more confident in their daily routines. You’ll learn practical strategies to balance your needs with your baby’s.

For babies, we’ll explore developmental play that promotes milestones like tummy time, rolling, crawling, and early walking while also strengthening your bond through sensory activities. You’ll leave with easy-to-apply techniques to support both your well-being and your baby’s growth. Here to empower you on this transformative journey. Join us for a support group and playdate all in one! 

Toys and equipment are provided.  Free postpartum check-ins and developmental screenings are available upon request.

Teacher Bio: Class led by Armi Grace Petersen. Armi is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She provides maternal health and infant development services. She has 7 years of experience in outpatient pediatrics. She is also a mom of 3 energetic boys and is passionate about providing education and support to mothers to empower and promote success in their varying roles and daily routines.
