Jessica Nowaczyk - Office Manager
Jessica (she/her) is celebrated for her loyalty, curiosity, wholehearted nature, and conscientious approach. Raised in Hinsdale until she was 15, at which point Jessica attended boarding school in Wisconsin. Her journey led her through Massachusetts and Iowa, ultimately bringing her back to Illinois in 2014 to start her professional career.
Jessica began as a licensed esthetician and later expanded her expertise by earning a cosmetology license. After developing her first autoimmune disease, she discovered the benefits of functional and integrative medicine. This new perspective inspired her to transition to a role as a front desk concierge at an integrative family medical practice. Following the birth of her second daughter, Jessica's passion for holistic pregnancy, labor, and delivery grew, guiding her to an office manager position at an integrative gynecology practice and eventually to her current role at Burr Ridge Birth Center.
Jessica is deeply committed to personalized care, client empowerment, and evidence-based practices. She is passionate about creating and supporting an open, supportive, and ever-improving work environment for all staff members at BRBC. Her goal is to foster a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. Jessica is dedicated to ensuring that every client's experience at the birth center is as amazing as the visionaries behind BRBC have always hoped.
The incredible sense of community and empathy at BRBC is what Jessica loves most about working there. The staff and clients alike are compassionate and supportive, creating a nurturing environment. She is proud to be part of a team dedicated to furthering accessibility to trauma-informed, evidence-based care. BRBC empowers every client by providing comprehensive research and unhurried conversations, allowing them to create a tailored experience. Jessica finds fulfillment in helping clients feel confident that they have made the best decisions for themselves and their families.
When Jessica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family—her husband, Dave, their two daughters, Harper and Kaci, their cat, Nova, and their dog, Ivy. She also loves spending time with friends and extended family, all of whom live in the Chicagoland area.
"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.'" – Mary Anne Radmacher.
