Birthing From Within

Birthing From Within is a completely different kind of childbirth preparation class that connects what you already know to the skills you will use in both labor and postpartum.

We explore both the sacred and the scientific to help you prepare for birth in ways that you will actually remember. Class is designed to activate your right brain, connect your strengths to birth and parenting, and there may be some art activities, too!

All classes include hands-on activities, mindfulness practice, pain coping practice, and expertise from experienced doula and educator Melissa Haley @wyld_garden!

Duration: 4 weeks :: 2hrs (each class date)
Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm 

Cost: $300 per couple

PLACE: Burr Ridge Birth Center
